Job Description:

Are you passionate about providing a supportive and nurturing environment for children and young people? Do you have a strong desire to make a positive impact in their lives? We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Residential Support Worker to join our team at Vetro Recruitment.

About the Role:

  • Provide daily care and support to children and young people in a residential setting, promoting their physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with the children, understanding their individual needs and providing tailored support.
  • Work collaboratively with the management team and other support workers to ensure the smooth running of the residential home.
  • Contribute to the development of care plans and risk assessments, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of the children.

What You'll Need:

  • At least 6 months experience of working with children or in a similar social care setting.
  • A valid UK driving licence and a clean driving record.
  • A current Enhanced DBS disclosure on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
  • Right to work in the UK.
