About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Asset Development Manager to join our Carveti Group team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in the growth and successful management of our portfolio and the delivery of various healthcare projects throughout the project lifecycle.

The successful candidate will support the Operational Head, FM/Building Managers, and contribute to a wide range of asset management activities within the healthcare sector. Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing services to our Joint Venture partners, including property management support, property consultancy services, and project management
  • Traditional asset management of our existing estate
  • Management of capital projects, including new-build and changes to existing properties
  • Acquisition and leasing of properties
  • Project-specific activities across our managed services property portfolio
  • Development of our corporate business proposals, including tender submissions

Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will have knowledge and/or experience in the following areas:

  • Asset Management or Development Management
  • Development and asset management industry best practices
  • Property management
  • End-to-end involvement in the delivery of projects, preferably within a refurbishment/construction environment
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Commercial awareness, including the ability to apply negotiation skills in practice
  • Effective time management skills to plan and manage workload according to budgetary requirements
  • Proficiency with desktop applications, e.g., MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Projects
