Head of Asset Management

At Premier Foods, we are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our asset management function. As Head of Asset Management, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire asset lifecycle, from acquisition to disposal.

About the Role

This is a key leadership position that requires a strong finance background, with experience in managing large teams and driving process improvements. You will be responsible for developing and implementing asset management strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement asset management strategies to optimize asset utilization and minimize costs
  2. Lead a team of asset managers to ensure effective asset lifecycle management
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management and external partners
  5. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards

Requirements

  1. Significant post-qualified experience in finance, with a focus on asset management
  2. Proven track record of leading large teams and driving process improvements
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  4. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
