Support Worker for Complex Needs

We are currently recruiting for a Support Worker to join our team at UKCIL Ltd. The successful candidate will work with a 5-year-old boy who has Autism and requires support in accessing age-appropriate leisure activities in the local community.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with disabilities and possess a positive understanding of their needs. They will also need to be punctual, reliable, and flexible, as the child cannot be left unsupervised.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £25,500 per annum, based on 37.5 hours per week. The employer will cover any out-of-pocket expenses, and the successful candidate will receive an Enhanced Certificate of Disclosure (DBS).
