About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Cyber Security Engineer to join our team at GE Grid Solutions. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our grid solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Security Assurance: Develop and maintain Security Assurance Plans (SAPs) to ensure the security of our grid solutions.
  2. Cybersecurity Design: Contribute to the design and development of cybersecurity solutions for our grid solutions.
  3. Documentation: Create and maintain cybersecurity engineering documentation throughout the development lifecycle.
  4. Testing: Develop and follow detailed test plans and procedures for cybersecurity functions.
  5. Device Configuration: Configure cybersecurity devices and perform unit and integration testing.
Requirements
  1. Education: University degree in an engineering discipline, such as Cyber Security Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
  2. Experience: Demonstrated experience in project security, preferably in an Operational Technology (OT) environment.
  3. Skills: In-depth experience within the Electrical Industry or in a similar role, experience in Industrial communication network and system security IEC 62443 standards, knowledge of NIST Cyber security framework, and knowledge of NERC CIP standards.
