Job Summary

Chickasaw Nation Industries, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled AWS Data Engineer - Cyber Security Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing secure cloud-based systems and architectures.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Cyber Security Support: Provide expert-level support to our Program Management Office in charge of various applications, ensuring the highest level of security and compliance.
  2. Security Meetings and Briefings: Attend weekly security meetings and provide actionable information to our Government and Application administrators, as well as develop biweekly briefings for PMO leadership and DLA Cybersecurity.
  3. Risk Management Framework (RMF) Artifacts: Write and/or draft RMF artifacts, including S-CONOP, FIPS-199, Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA), Cybersecurity Questionnaires, HW/SW lists, network and data flow diagrams, and RMF control text responses, upon request from the Government PMO and ISSM.
  4. Incident Remediation and Mitigation: Triage remediation and mitigation actions and coordinate between application teams, vendors, government program managers, and DLA enterprise technical support entities.
  5. Security Policy and Compliance: Establish and plan information security policies, ensuring compliance with all applicable rules, including federal, state, local, Federal Acquisition Regulations, Code of Federal Regulations, and Prime Contract requirements.
Requirements
  1. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree and a minimum of six (6) years of security engineering experience, or equivalent combination of education/experience.
  2. Technical Skills: Experience performing complex technical implementations with cyber security responsibilities, knowledge of information security best practices (NIST, CMMC, SOC 2), scripting languages (Powershell, bash), Windows Server and Active Directory administration, Linux Administration Experience (Red Hat and/or Ubuntu), and experience with Azure or AWS (GCC/Govcloud) based solutions.
  3. Cyber Security Technologies: Demonstrated competencies in cyber security technologies (Forcepoint, SentinelOne, CASB), experience performing incident remediation for cyber security incidents, and strong knowledge in MS office to include Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other software suites.
Language Skills

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business documents and technical information.
