A reputable and team-focused Building Consultancy, Brandon James, is seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join their Wakefield team.

The Role

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will lead a variety of projects across sectors including MoD, MoJ, industrial & warehouse, and office.

As a key member of the team, the Senior Building Surveyor will be responsible for delivering professional services including dilapidations, condition reports, party wall, defect analysis, measured surveys, and acquisition surveys.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead projects across multiple sectors, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  2. Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective project strategies.
  3. Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members.
  4. Contribute to business development and growth initiatives.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience in building surveying, with a strong track record of project delivery.
  2. MRICS qualification is preferred, but not essential.
  3. Previous consultancy experience is beneficial.
