Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Solicitor to join our Litigation team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in property litigation and will be responsible for managing a caseload of complex and high-value cases.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of property litigation cases, including probate litigation, bankruptcy and insolvency, and breach of contract disputes.
  • Provide expert advice and representation to clients in court and in negotiations.
  • Work closely with other members of the Litigation team to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in property law and regulations to ensure the firm's services remain relevant and effective.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in property litigation, preferably in a private practice setting.
  • Strong knowledge of property law and regulations, including the Law of Property Act and the Landlord and Tenant Act.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
