Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

At Henderson Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets across our retail and wholesale channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
  • Lead and manage a team of Business Development Managers to achieve sales and revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of sales leadership and management experience
  • Strong sales and marketing skills, with a focus on driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze sales performance data and identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborative and team-oriented approach, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
