**Leadership Role in Social Care:**
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to manage a 7-bedded children's residential care home in Manchester. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and support to children and young people with learning disabilities and autism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of care and support delivered to service users
- Manage and support staff team to deliver excellent care services
- Collaborate with RI to ensure the service is safe and effective
- Manage referrals and budgets
