Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Games Designer to join our team. As a key member of our game development team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing engaging gameplay experiences that meet our high standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop gameplay features from concept to implementation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including art, code, and audio, to deliver a seamless gaming experience
  • Brainstorm and document design ideas, ensuring they align with our studio's vision and goals
  • Work closely with the game development team to deliver high-quality gameplay experiences
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a senior game designer on at least two published games
  • Strong understanding of game design principles, including level design, gameplay design, and systems design
  • Experience with Unreal Engine 4 and ability to implement game design concepts
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a passion for games and a willingness to take ownership of design decisions
