Commercial Contracts Manager

Plymouth

£47,000 per annum

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Contracts Manager to join our team at Acorn by Synergie. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our commercial contracts, from negotiation to review.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review all contracts with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency with UK law
  • Negotiate contract terms with suppliers to ensure the best possible outcome for the company
  • Conduct contract reviews with suppliers to identify potential risks and ensure they are mitigated
  • Collaborate with the buyer to agree upon the terms of the framework
  • Keep up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations to ensure contracts are compliant
  • Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on contract-related matters
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure smooth contract management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or Management
  • Previous experience in contract management, preferably in the manufacturing industry
  • Strong knowledge of UK laws and regulations related to commercial contracts
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate potential risks
