Administration Team Lead

We are looking for a talented Operations and Compliance Officer to join our team at Novus.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, training new and existing staff on administration processes, and ensuring that internal and external audit requirements are being met.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the delivery of high-quality services to our customers.
Key Requirements- A minimum level 3 qualification in business administration or a related field.
- A record of effective and efficient administration within a busy office environment.
- Experience of managing a team and providing training and development opportunities.
Salary: The estimated salary for this role is £27,000-£29,000 per annum, depending on experience.
