Job Title: Landscaping Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Landscaping Team Leader to join our team at Cole & Yates Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our landscaping team, you will be responsible for leading a small team of soft landscapers and ensuring the successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of soft landscapers on new build housing developments.
  • Install soft landscaping features, including plants and trees.
  • Conduct weekly van checks to ensure all necessary tools and equipment are in good working order.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Site Managers, and Office Teams to ensure work is carried out efficiently and to high standards.
  • Oversee team sign-ins, check tools, and ensure necessary permits are secured.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years' experience in soft landscaping.
  • Proven team leading experience.
  • Good knowledge of plants and trees.
  • Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
  • Ideal candidate will have a CSCS card and experience of soft landscaping on new build housing sites.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Mobile phone for clocking in and communication with the office.
