Job Title: Landscaping Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Landscaping Team Leader to join our team at Cole & Yates Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a small team of soft landscapers and ensuring the successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of soft landscapers to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Install soft landscaping on new build housing developments, ensuring high-quality results and meeting client expectations.
  • Conduct weekly van checks to ensure all necessary tools and equipment are in good working order.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Site Managers, and Office Teams to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality work.
  • Oversee team sign-ins, ensure necessary permits are secured, and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years' experience in soft landscaping.
  • Proven team leading experience, with a track record of success.
  • Good knowledge of plants and trees, with the ability to provide expert advice.
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Ideal candidate will hold a CSCS card and have experience working on new build housing sites.
  • Valid driving license and ability to use a mobile phone for clocking in and communication.
