Landscaping Team Leader Position

We are seeking an experienced Landscaping Team Leader to join our team at Cole & Yates Recruitment Ltd. This is a permanent position based near Gloucester, offering a competitive salary of up to £32,957.50 per year, plus company van, overtime, bonus, four weeks holiday, pension, ongoing training, and career progression.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a small team of soft landscapers in installing soft landscaping on new build housing developments.
  • Work closely with Project Managers, Site Managers, and Office Teams to ensure work is carried out efficiently, safely, and to high standards.
  • Responsible for completing weekly van checks, checking tools, overseeing team sign-ins, and ensuring necessary permits are secured.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of two years soft landscaping experience.
  • Team leading experience.
  • A good knowledge of plants and trees.
  • Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
  • Ideal candidate will have a CSCS card and experience of soft landscaping on new build housing sites.
  • A driving licence and mobile phone for clocking in and communication.
