Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent leadership skills, with experience of working in a healthcare setting and leading multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage staff
  • Experience of working with the general public, with a strong customer-focused approach
  • Good standard of education, with excellent literacy and numeracy skills
  • A leadership and/or management qualification, with relevant experience
  • AMSPAR qualification

You will also need to have:

  • Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively
  • Ability to work under pressure, with a flexible approach to meeting changing priorities
  • High levels of integrity and loyalty, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality
