Medical Condition Specialist Role

We are seeking an experienced healthcare professional to join our team as a Medical Condition Specialist, conducting assessments with individuals who have long-term health conditions or disabilities.

About the Position

The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months post-graduate experience in a hands-on setting, actively registered with NMC/HCPC/GPhC with no restrictions on practice.

This role involves conducting thorough evaluations to determine how a person's condition affects their ability to perform daily tasks.

  • The candidate will require an appropriate workspace within the home setting that allows them to successfully complete their role while working remotely.
