We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Specialist to join our Data Centres division. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing effective risk management strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

About the Role
Our ideal candidate will have experience in risk management and compliance, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements. You will be responsible for leading site audits, collaborating with the Client Compliance team and contributing to the development of risk management strategies.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Lead site audits against the CBRE master service agreement to ensure consistency across client accounts and campus teams
- Collaborate with the Client Compliance team to ensure strong relationships and work together towards common goals

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in risk management and compliance
- IT literacy in MS Office and systems management software
- Ability to coordinate and manage multiple works across diverse and complex sites

What We Offer
- Salary range: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
- Hybrid working arrangement with regular travel as required
