Care Home Support Work Opportunity

In this role, you will work as a Senior Care Assistant, supporting the well-being of residents in care homes. Key responsibilities include leading a team of Care Assistants, maintaining accurate records, and building relationships with colleagues and families.

To succeed in this position, you should have a Level 2 Diploma S/NVQ in Health and Social Care or equivalent, and be willing to work towards a Level 3 qualification. You should also be knowledgeable about person-centered care planning and caring for individuals with dementia.
