Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Accounts Assistant to join our team at Huntress. As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our company's financial operations and ensuring the smooth management of our accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboarding and Account Management: Welcome new customers and manage their accounts, ensuring seamless communication and timely resolution of any issues.
- Financial Administration: Manage accounts paperwork, maintain accurate records, and ensure easy access to financial information.
- Invoice and Statement Management: Issue pro-forma invoices, generate monthly customer statements, and chase late or non-payments.
- Customer Service: Respond to customer queries, retrieve missing documents, and provide excellent customer service.
- Financial Processing: Process sales orders efficiently, update the sales pipeline, and scan supplier invoices.
- Ad-Hoc Duties: Perform various tasks as required, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our financial operations.
What We Offer:
As an Accounts Assistant at Huntress, you will enjoy a competitive salary of £26,000 - £28,000 based on experience, plus 25 days annual leave, Auto Enrolment Pension, Annual bonus scheme, Private Health Insurance (after qualifying period), and Death in Service Cover.
Working Arrangements:
Our office is located in a convenient area with public and street parking available. We offer a fully office-based environment with the potential for hybrid working after a 6-month probation period.
