Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding and Account Management: Welcome new customers and manage their accounts, ensuring seamless communication and timely resolution of any issues.
  • Financial Administration: Manage accounts paperwork, maintain accurate records, and ensure easy access to financial information.
  • Invoice and Statement Management: Issue pro-forma invoices, generate monthly customer statements, and chase late or non-payments.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer queries, retrieve missing documents, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Financial Processing: Process sales orders efficiently, update the sales pipeline, and scan supplier invoices.
  • Ad-Hoc Duties: Perform various tasks as required, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our financial operations.

What We Offer:

As an Accounts Assistant at Huntress, you will enjoy a competitive salary of £26,000 - £28,000 based on experience, plus 25 days annual leave, Auto Enrolment Pension, Annual bonus scheme, Private Health Insurance (after qualifying period), and Death in Service Cover.

Working Arrangements:

Our office is located in a convenient area with public and street parking available. We offer a fully office-based environment with the potential for hybrid working after a 6-month probation period.
