Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Revenue Accountant to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring high technical standards and accounting compliance across the group in line with IFRS 15.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze large and complex contracts in accordance with IFRS 15, providing technical guidance and support to local financial controllers and revenue accountants.
  • Develop and maintain revenue recognition policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with the Group's minimum internal control framework.
  • Prepare accounting papers for complex transactions and judgments, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with external audit to ensure groupwide compliance with IFRS 15.
  • Develop and implement minimum controls in relation to revenue, ensuring compliance with the Group's minimum internal control framework.
  • Support the group reporting of certain revenue-based performance metrics, such as Annualised Recurring Revenue.
  • Represent finance on the Deal Desk, supporting commercial deal review and development of commercial models.

Requirements

  • Experience with International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS) 15.
  • Technical revenue knowledge within the software industry preferred.
  • Professional accounting qualification (ACA, CIMA, ACCA or similar).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
