About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Product Owner to join our team at Kramp Wholesale. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for discovering, building, and operating products that deliver value to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with stakeholders to translate user and business needs into requirements and user stories.
  • Educate colleagues on product knowledge, promote a data-driven approach, and foster a digital-first mindset.
  • Manage expectations by providing transparency of the backlog and communicating team priorities to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with development teams in agile frameworks, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree.
  • Experience in goal-oriented product development.
  • Relevant experience in digital/IT/e-commerce domains.
  • A happy-to-help attitude and a sense of ownership.
  • Ability to ask the right questions and communicate effectively with teams.
