We are seeking an experienced Facilities and Support Coordinator to join our team at HMP Rye Hill, a modern Category B male prison with a capacity of around 664. Located in Willoughby, near Rugby in Warwickshire, this is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of patients and staff.

This role offers a unique chance to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to provide high-quality support services. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and supporting our teams to deliver exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to the healthcare team
  • Maintaining accurate records and databases
  • Collaborating with colleagues to identify areas for improvement

What We Offer:

Salary and Benefits: This is a full-time role, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:00. The annual salary is up to £26,145, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including bespoke induction, competency framework, regional and national career development opportunities, and our Learning Management System.
