Parker Young Recruitment is seeking a talented Revenue Manager to join a global consumer durables organisation in the UK. This is a fantastic leadership role in a $multibillion t/o business with huge growth potential in the region.

About the Role

As Revenue Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the revenue management strategy within the UK business. You will work closely with the VP of Sales to develop and lead on a winning profitable growth strategy, with ownership of pricing, customer relationships, and forward-looking commercial analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with the existing commercial team to improve the product mix and secure a profitable brand growth.
  • Update and manage the Long Range Plan (LRP) along with the overall business and action plans and follow-up for existing and new customers.
  • Manage the pricing, promotional support, and rebate process and authorisation.
  • Perform external analysis in pricing, e.g. competitor analysis, market pricing, and price elasticity.
  • Deliver insights to Key Account Managers/Sales VP.
  • Collaborate on projects with Revenue Managers/Commercial Excellence across regions.
