B2B Business Development Executive

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled B2B Business Development Executive to join our team at PS Recruits Ltd.
We are looking for a driven individual with a strong background in sales who can effectively develop and maintain relationships with clients across various sectors.
You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and managing existing ones to achieve set targets.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- To cultivate relationships with key industry partners in the office fitout, furniture, interior design, architecture, and build sectors.
- To actively contribute to building and establishing a network of industry partners and business referrers.
- To generate a consistent pipeline of sales leads and opportunities.
- To provide expert briefs to our internal curation team and serve as the point of contact throughout the project life cycle, ensuring a seamless journey from pitch to post-sale management.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong project management skills to manage deals from end to end.
Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
