**Cost Manager - Healthcare Projects**
We are seeking a highly skilled Cost Manager to join our growing Healthcare team in our Cambridge office. Our healthcare team is expanding nationwide, delivering nationally significant transformative projects and programmes.
- **Supporting End-to-End Service Delivery**: Collaborate with leading design teams, sector specialists, and tier one main contractors to manage the design to budget.
- **Cost Performance Optimization**: Utilize our bespoke tools and apps, powered by The Hive, to optimize cost performance at every stage of projects.
- **Collaborative Cost Planning**: Work with designers and highlight changes between design versions using CostX and our cost planning app.
- **Market Rate Analysis**: Inform clients of future cost trends by harnessing the analytical capabilities of our Market Rates App, which captures, analyzes, and stores live national data at a component level.
- **Procurement Strategy**: Deliver the procurement strategy utilizing our eTender platform, which produces a financial report on day one of the tender and compares and analyzes tenders side by side efficiently and effectively.

Requirements- **Minimum Qualification**: BSc in Quantity Surveying or similar.
- **Experience**: Demonstrable experience delivering cost management services in healthcare or the life sciences sector.
- **Knowledge**: Knowledge of NEC forms of contract would be beneficial.
