About the Role:

  • Working as a Learning Support Assistant, you will provide individualized support to students with special educational needs in a school setting.

  • This is a supply-based position, offering flexibility to work around your schedule and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assisting students with their academic and personal development, including providing one-on-one support and small group instruction.
  2. Helping students with daily living skills, such as using the bathroom, getting dressed, and eating meals.
  3. Communicating effectively with teachers, parents, and other support staff to ensure consistent support and progress.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
