About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Electronics Design Engineer to join our team at Redline Group Ltd. As a key member of our multidisciplinary R&D team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and sustaining electronic hardware products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Architectural leadership, with a focus on 20% management and 80% design and documentation
  • Apply expertise in both analog and digital design at system, product, and circuit levels
  • Identify and recommend new tools and techniques to drive continuous improvements in the hardware development process
Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years' hands-on experience in electronics hardware design and development
  • Expertise in electronic hardware architecture design, schematic capture, PCB layout (including high-speed, EMC, and Signal Integrity best practices) using Altium 365
  • Familiarity with popular microcontrollers and embedded systems
  • Experience in designing mixed-signal circuits with an emphasis on very low power, low voltage, and low noise characteristics
  • Experience in designing products for CE/UKCA, EN54, UL868, NFP72, and other global certification markets related to the life safety industry
