We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Consultant to join our team as the Nurse Lead for Memory Assessment.

About the Role

As the Nurse Lead for Memory Assessment, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality care to patients with dementia and their families.

You will have a strong background in assessing, diagnosing, and treating dementia, with a passion for providing exceptional patient-centered care.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to develop and implement effective care plans.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Registered Nurse qualifications and current NMC registration
  • Dementia-related qualification or current study towards
  • Studied to Degree/Diploma level
  • Experience of delivering diagnosis and treatment of dementia
  • Ability to recognize signs and symptoms of physical and mental health issues affecting cognition
