Project Support Specialist

P4 Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled Project Support Specialist to join their team in Preston, Lancashire. This is a full-time, permanent position offering 37.5 hours per week with opportunities for sleep enhancements.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a probation setting or similar environment, and possess a strong understanding of safeguarding adults. They should also be able to promote positive behaviors and relationships, while maintaining non-judgmental attitudes and a person-centered approach.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting individuals in semi-independent living and assisting them in their own homes and within the community
- Working collaboratively with other teams to achieve shared goals and objectives
- Developing and maintaining effective relationships with service users, families, and stakeholders
In return, the successful applicant can expect:
- A competitive salary of £23,400 plus £65 per sleep-in shift, with increased rates for candidates holding NVQ Level 3 or above
