Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Whistles. As a key member of our in-store team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every customer leaves the store feeling valued and satisfied.

In this role, you will be responsible for actively listening to customers' needs and preferences, making tailored recommendations to enhance their shopping experience, and providing ongoing support throughout their journey with us.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around £25,000 - £30,000 per year, depending on experience.
