Job Title: Physiotherapy Administrator

Spire Bushey Hospital is seeking an experienced Administrator to support their Physio Department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their administrative skills in a private healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the provision and maintenance of an efficient patient administration service within the Physiotherapy department.
  • Oversee the accurate completion of charge sheets for outpatients and inpatients, and charging for consumables as necessary.
  • Organize and manage outpatient clinics, including classes and pre-op assessments.
  • Manage patient discharge processes and follow up patient satisfaction surveys.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Head of Department and Lead Physiotherapists.
  • Process patient referral letters and associated documentation, confirming details with patients and consultants as required.
  • Respond to patient and public enquiries in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate electronic and manual filing systems.
Requirements:
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Experience in an administrative role or similar environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages.
  • A team player with the ability to interact with diverse individuals.
