About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Land and Planning professional to join our team at Constructive Moves, a leading PLC housing developer. Our organization is passionate about building homes and communities across the Hertfordshire region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our team to identify and acquire suitable land for residential development.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including landowners, local authorities, and other industry professionals.
  • Provide expert advice on land acquisition, planning, and development, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
  • Work closely with our design and construction teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in land acquisition, planning, and development, preferably within the residential sector.
  • Strong understanding of the housebuilding industry, including the constraints around buying land and planning consents.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
