Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Patient Flow Coordinator to join our Emergency Department team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of patients through the department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient flow and reduce waiting times.
  • Provide administrative support to the Emergency Department team, including data entry, record-keeping, and communication with patients and staff.
  • Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate records to ensure safe and effective care.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clinicians, managers, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance patient flow and experience.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
