Crane and Lifting Equipment Engineer Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled Crane and Lifting Equipment Engineer Surveyor to join our team at Pioneer Selection Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our crane and lifting equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular inspections of crane and lifting equipment to ensure compliance with LOLER and PUWER regulations
  • Perform maintenance and repairs on various pieces of crane and lifting equipment
  • Develop and implement procedures for the safe operation of crane and lifting equipment
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions for their lifting equipment requirements
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in crane and lifting equipment operation
Requirements:
  • HNC (or equivalent) in Mechanical, Aeronautical, Marine, or Automotive Engineering
  • Significant experience in maintaining, servicing, and repairing crane and lifting equipment
  • Knowledge of LOLER and PUWER regulations
  • Ability to work unsupervised and make decisions on the condition and future use of equipment
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to influence customers
