Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Crane and Lifting Equipment Specialist to join our team at Pioneer Selection Ltd. As a Crane and Lifting Equipment Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment is working to Health & Safety, Quality and Environmental standards.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct regular inspections of crane and lifting equipment to ensure compliance with LOLER & PUWER regulations
* Identify and report any defects or issues with equipment
* Develop and implement maintenance schedules to prevent equipment failure
* Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
* Work at height and in confined spaces as required
Requirements:
* HNC (or Equivalent) in Mechanical, Aeronautical, Marine or Automotive Engineering
* NVQ Level 3 with significant experience and willingness to work towards a Level 4 qualification
* Strong relationship building skills and ability to influence customers
* Ability to work unsupervised and make decisions on the condition and future use of equipment
