Commercial Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Project Manager to join our team at Expert Recruitment. As a Commercial Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all commercial aspects of projects, including management of subcontractors, take offs, and final accounts. You will also be responsible for preparing Bills of Quantities and cost and value reports. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Building/Civil Engineering sector and excellent knowledge of pre and post Contract duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all commercial aspects of projects
  • Management of subcontractors
  • Take offs and final accounts
  • Preparing Bills of Quantities
  • Preparing cost and value reports

Requirements:

  • Strong background in the Building/Civil Engineering sector
  • Excellent knowledge of pre and post Contract duties
  • Excellent salary and company car available
