Sales and Business Growth Expert

CV-Library, a global electrical safety business, seeks an experienced sales professional to join our Healthcare team as a Key Account Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, preferably in the Healthcare sector, with excellent communication skills, proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, and a valid driver's license.
ResponsibilitiesThe Key Account Manager will be responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing healthcare customers.
- Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our clients' service contracts.
- Achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall growth of the Service Sales team.
- Conducting regular customer visits and providing exceptional customer service.
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the Healthcare sector.
- Strong understanding of service contracts and sales processes.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the South West region.
- Salary of £55,000.
