Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Operational Support Specialist to join our Mental Health Services team at Bupa. As an Operational Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality support to our customers, clients, and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with our in-house Counsellors, Mental Wellbeing Practitioners, CBT Therapists, and Psychologists to provide mental health support services.
- Booking clients in for mental health appointments with our internal and external teams.
- Rescheduling mental health appointments.
- Supporting clients, companies, and external 3rd parties with their queries.
- Updating client files with personal data and noting any changes.
- Processing, auditing, and checking invoices received.
- Working with our 3rd parties to correct any invoicing queries.
- Making payments to our 3rd parties' companies and therapists.
- Providing MI data to our companies when requested.
- Ad-hoc queries.
- Adhering to and demonstrating an up-to-date knowledge of Bupa's products, policies, and procedures.
- Supporting other teams within our area.
- Working towards tight Service Level Agreements.
Requirements:
- PC literate with good knowledge of Windows-based packages.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Adaptable and flexible with the ability to learn new skills and adapt to a changing environment.
- Experience or an interest in the healthcare industry or mental health.
- Strong, professional, and personal drive.
- Empathic, compassionate, and responsive.
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated.
- Ability to respond rapidly and decisively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven experience of customer service.
