Employee Experience Coordinator

We require an experienced HR Advisor to provide a comprehensive HR advisory service in Lancashire. The role involves delivering expert guidance across all aspects of the HR function, supporting casework and resolving queries with a coaching approach.
Main Duties
- Partner with managers and stakeholders across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, performance, absence management, and learning, ensuring alignment with employment law and organisational policies.
- Lead and support people-focused projects to drive continuous improvement.
- Develop and manage high-quality digital communications to enhance employee experience.
- Ensure accurate management of people data in compliance with GDPR and organisational policies.
- Collaborate with the HR team to deliver a responsive and forward-thinking HR service.
