About the Role

We are seeking qualified Allied Health Professionals (AHPs) who are looking to return to practice or have previously been registered with the Health and Care Professionals Council (HCPC) and are interested in working with us.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the return to practice of AHPs through a flexible programme of supervised placement practice, formal continued professional development, and peer support.
  • Provide a supportive environment for AHPs to update their skills and knowledge and prepare for HCPC re-registration.
  • Work collaboratively with AHPs to identify their individual needs and develop a tailored return to practice plan.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the return to practice programme and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Qualified AHP profession.
  • Previous HCPC registration - now lapsed.
  • Clinical experience of delivering direct patient care in the UK.
