The Role
This is a top opportunity for a driven, sales-oriented, and self-motivated individual with a minimum of 3-5 years of successful field sales experience. The role is suitable for those with existing experience in the dental market or those keen to transition into the medical sales arena.
The role involves consulting and selling advanced solutions to dental practices across your geographical territory. The sales process is complex, generally involving initial cold calls, rapport building, fact-finding, a consultative approach, and deal closure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consulting and selling advanced solutions to dental practices.
- Building and maintaining relationships with dental professionals.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Successful Candidate
You will need to be extremely driven, resilient, ambitious, and independent, with the ability to secure sales and understand and communicate the technical aspects and related USPs. The sales approach is consultative, requiring strong influence and persuasion skills. Candidates with existing experience selling dental implants are highly desirable, but those from other industries will also be considered.
