A strong ability to produce high-quality planning application drawings and CAD/BIM outputs is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:
• Produce accurate and timely architectural plans and drawings
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver architectural solutions
• Develop and maintain knowledge of industry trends and best practices
• Provide excellent customer service and communication skills

Requirements:
• Architectural degree, ideally with planning-related modules
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other graphic software
• Strong time management, adaptability, and collaborative teamwork skills
• Experience in building and land surveys
