We are seeking a Property Finance Professional to join our team in London. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a finance team within the property industry and excellent Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Process invoices into the Lettings CRM system with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Review supplier statements to ensure timely payments.
  • Reconcile client accounts to maintain financial integrity.

Requirements

  1. Prior experience in a finance team within the property industry.
  2. Excellent Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
  3. Strong customer service skills to provide exceptional support.
  4. Good communication and time management skills to prioritize tasks.
  5. Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
