You will play a key role by managing a property portfolio in the Stratford Upon Avon area, ensuring customers receive value for money and excellent customer support.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage portfolios according to regulations
  • Deal with client inquiries via phone and email, taking appropriate actions
  • Attend client meetings and site visits
  • Oversee contractors' performance and maintenance issues
  • Prepare and monitor budgets
  • Ensure building compliance management
