About the Role: As a Care Professional with Bluebird Care Pontypridd, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our customers in their own homes. **Requirements and Qualifications:**
• Valid UK driving license and access to a reliable vehicle
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to delivering high-quality care and support services

**Salary and Benefits Package:**
We offer an attractive salary of £12 per hour, together with travel time paid at minimum wage, bank holidays paid at double time, 30p mileage allowance, 28 days holiday pro rata, and a comprehensive benefits package, including a pension scheme, flexible working arrangements, and opportunities for professional development.
