About the Job

We are seeking an experienced SEND and High Needs Provision Coach to join our team at Croydon College Group. As a Coach, you will work with students with learning disabilities and autism spectrum disorder (ASD) to support them in developing new skills and achieving their desired outcomes.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting students on work experience rotations and jobs to develop new skills and learn tasks;
  • Ensuring students identify and engage with departments within host businesses;
  • Providing advice on employment and adulthood to young adults with learning disabilities and their families;
  • Working with Curriculum teams to help students achieve desired outcomes.
