- This is an exciting opportunity to lead Project Management Commissions, taking responsibility for end-to-end service delivery, often for large or complex projects.">
- You will act as the key client interface, ensuring that client objectives are met and projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.">

">What You'll Do:
">As a Programme Manager, you will handle commissions of varying scale and value. Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing strategic advice during project conception, guiding clients on approaches to achieve their objectives.">
- Establishing project success criteria, including time, cost, technical, and performance parameters.">
- Planning and managing quality, safety, health, and environmental issues.">
- Setting up effective project governance, processes, and systems.">
- Leading cross-functional project teams and monitoring project finances.">
- Ensuring timely and effective communication with clients and team members.">
- Maintaining accurate project records and identifying opportunities for improvement.">
Requirements:
">To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A proven track record of managing Real Estate projects, ideally in a consultancy environment.">
- The ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.">
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience of working with clients and teams.">
- A deep understanding of project management principles, practices, and methodologies.">
- Familiarity with financial management and budgeting techniques.">
Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience
