Cycling UK is looking for a talented individual to take on the role of Head of People and Culture. The ideal candidate will have experience in human resources, talent management, and workforce development.

Based in Guildford with regular travel to our office, this position offers a competitive salary of £46,683 - £51,870 per annum. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance our workplace culture, promote diversity and inclusion, and foster a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
